For an enjoyable and relaxing outdoor gathering, you are invited to the Picnic Area of the Ambient Hotel, which is perfect for informal business meetings, personal celebrations, picnic weddings, anniversaries and other events. The Picnic Area is partially covered and can accommodate up to 100 people (minimal number is 20 people).
The Picnic Area can only be hired with the accompanying catering of food and beverages provided by the hotel restaurant.
The Picnic Area offers tables and chairs that can be covered with tablecloths.
Picnic menus are self-service. All menus are flexible to suit your wishes.
A portable bar is available for beverage service. A refrigerator with pre-ordered drinks is usually placed next to the bar. Depending on the number of participants, an additional discount is granted for the pre-ordered beverages (more than 50 people 10% discount, more than 80 persons 20% discount).
Your own supply of any kind of beverages to the Picnic Area is not allowed.
For your Picnic you can also rent a beach volleyball court, tow row, balls, badminton rackets and other sports equipment from the hotel.

Payment method: 30% advance payment at confirmation, the balance is due upon completion. Payment is made at the Hotel Reception. Issuing invoices with a deferred payment is not possible.
Music and volume at the Picnic Area: Music is played through Hotel speaker. We can tailor the music to your request. The volume of music is “room volume”. After 22:00 the music must stop.
The Picnic Area is available from 12:00 to 24:00.
