About our hotel
Ambient Hotel is an elegant and cozy hotel with three stars located in Domžale, the suburbs of Slovenia’s capital. Its 73 rooms are situated in a quiet and green neighbourhood in the proximity of Ljubljana’s highway ring, which allows our guests to reach the city centre, Ljubljana Airport, and other destinations quickly and easily. The distance from Ambient Hotel to Bled is 53 kilometres, to Postojna 70 kilometres, to Velika Planina (Kamnik) 15 kilometres, and to Ljubljana 16 kilometres.
Hotel rooms are contemporary and cozy. Our guests can choose between various categories, namely Economy and Comfort. Each guest can find the most suitable offer which aligns with their wishes and expectations. Beside that, the hotel has a conference room which can accommodate up to 50 people. In warmer months, it is possible to host a picnic at the partially covered Picnic Area for private events.

Dear guests,
between 7.6. and 9.6. 2024, the 43rd Marathon Franja will take place in Ljubljana.
This year’s time trial route runs on the route BTC – Domžale – BTC. You can see more about the competition at the link: https://franja.org/en/marathon/
We would like to inform you that on Friday, June 7, 2024, access to the Ambient Hotel will be disabled between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
We ask all guests to arrive at the hotel by 15:00 and hope for your understanding.
